Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to open only one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, manipulate odds, or bypass restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and confiscation of funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. The Company reserves the right to suspend or close any account if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.

Financial Transactions and Limits

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. The Company does not accept third-party payments. We reserve the right to request documentation (such as proof of identity, address, and payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method used for the deposit. The Company reserves the right to charge a fee for processing withdrawals if the user has not wagered the deposited amount at least once.

Sports Betting Rules

All bets are considered final once they are confirmed by the system. In the event of a palpable error (such as obviously incorrect odds due to a technical glitch or human error), the Company reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake. Live bets are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant sports governing bodies. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets are generally voided and stakes returned, unless the event is completed within 24 hours of the original start time.

Casino and Games Rules

All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and random outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the game rules. In the event of a software malfunction or power failure, all bets and payouts for the affected game round will be voided. The Company is not liable for any interruptions in service caused by third-party internet providers or hardware failures.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are detailed in the "Promotions" section of the website. Bonus funds are kept in a separate account and are only transferred to the main balance once the wagering requirements are met. The Company reserves the right to cancel bonuses and void any winnings derived from them if a user engages in bonus abuse, such as betting on both sides of a match to clear wagering requirements, or using prohibited betting strategies.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

The Company provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The maximum liability of the Company for any claim arising out of your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your last deposit. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be governed by the laws of Curacao. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with our support team, it will be submitted to the relevant regulatory authority for arbitration.
